Dolphins
Stadium – Home of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins and MLB’s
Florida Marlins
 |
Hosting both of these professional sports
teams in the same venue is no small feat when you consider
that the stadium features 186 luxury suites, 10,200 club
seats, and a 250 seat “Hall of Champions” entertainment
center, as well as 74,192 seats for football. At Pro
Player Stadium 2,000,000 beverages, 500,000 hot dogs and
250,000 bags of peanuts are consumed annually. |
In 2003 we hosted the MLB World Series between the Marlins and
New York Yankees. Our gross food, beverage and merchandise
revenue during this 3 day period exceeded $6 Million. Boston Culinary
Group also hosted the Fedex Orange Bowl 2005 National Championship
Game here, and will be the hosting the Super Bowl XLI in 2007.
“Boston Culinary Group has always been a solid partner.
I am thoroughly impressed with their commitment to quality
and their ability to handle the complex logistics that are
associated with a dual purpose major league facility. The management
team, from top to bottom has been responsive to our every need.”
