Boston Culinary Group’s ski resort operations represent another important
aspect of our business. We currently serve more
than a dozen mountains throughout the United States earning us a reputation the
leader in the industry. During the busy Christmas vacation week we service more
than a half a million guests. |
In addition to the food services,
we manage retail sales and rental operations in many of our locations.
At several mountains, including Jiminy
Peak in western Massachusetts
and Bromley Mountain in southern
Vermont, we have an ownership interest in the resorts as well.
The
largest resort we operate at is Sugarloaf/USA in
Maine.
